Effective Date: June 5, 2026
By submitting content to MPHeroes, participating in MPHeroes activities, attending MPHeroes events, appearing in photographs or videos, participating in interviews, or otherwise contributing content, you agree to the following:
GRANT OF RIGHTS
You grant MPHeroes, MPHeroes.org, Dwayne Rankin Design, affiliates, sponsors, partners, successors, assigns, licensees, and representatives a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, edit, modify, adapt, enhance, crop, combine, archive, create derivative works from, and otherwise use submitted content and recordings for any lawful purpose.
COVERED CONTENT
This Agreement applies to:
• Photographs
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Interviews
• Testimonials
• Written submissions
• Social media submissions
• Event coverage
• Vehicle photographs and videos
• Names and likenesses
• Voice recordings
• Biographical information
PERMITTED USES
Content may be used in:

EDITORIAL RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that MPHeroes may edit, modify, crop, enhance, color correct, subtitle, translate, reformat, combine with other content, add music, narration, graphics, effects, animations, branding, and otherwise adapt submitted content as reasonably necessary for publication, promotion, production, educational use, archival use, historical preservation, or business purposes.
PERPETUAL LICENSE
The rights granted under this Agreement are perpetual and shall continue indefinitely without expiration. Content may remain in archives, publications, videos, websites, social media posts, documentaries, or future productions even if a contributor later requests removal.
NO COMPENSATION
You understand and agree that no compensation, royalties, licensing fees, revenue sharing, residuals, or future payments are required for any authorized use of submitted content.
WAIVER OF APPROVAL
You waive any right to inspect, review, approve, or control the final use, editing, publication, distribution, or future use of submitted content.
OWNERSHIP REPRESENTATION
You represent that you own the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and rights required to grant this license.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You release and hold harmless MPHeroes, MPHeroes.org, Dwayne Rankin Design, affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, partners, and representatives from claims arising from the lawful use of submitted content, including claims relating to privacy, publicity rights, likeness, reputation, or derivative works created from submitted content.
NO OBLIGATION TO USE CONTENT
MPHeroes is under no obligation to publish, display, or use any submitted content.
SURVIVAL
The rights granted under this Agreement survive removal of content, cancellation of membership, termination of participation, or any future separation from MPHeroes.
ACCEPTANCE
Submission of content, participation in events, attendance at events where photography or videography occurs, or appearance in MPHeroes media constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
